Jamie Moretti


Jamie's teaching methods have a creative and mindful approach (every movement has a purpose) that aligns with functional movement and sustainable exercises -so you can move well throughout life's changes. She has a love for movement that has been an ongoing professional journey of 20+ years, for which she is grateful. Jamie hopes to foster a supportive online community where we can all celebrate life through movement together! 

Jamie has been teaching group exercise since 2002 and has taught in fitness centers, yoga studios, dance studios and community centers throughout New England, New York and now online. She has also presented at various fitness & wellness expos. 

Jamie is nationally certified as an ACE Group Exercise Instructor, ACE Mind Body Specialist, and as a (200hr) Prana Flow® Yoga Teacher. Jamie also is a leader of the Arthritis Foundation's Walk With Ease Program. Jamie additionally has had Barre teacher training through Barre Above and is a Barre Recovery Specialist. She also has enjoyed training on the various Pilates apparatus' machines through Jen McWalters of RI.

Most of all Jamie loves sharing knowledge that she has gained through these programs, experiences and her continuing education with others, as her greatest hope is to help others improve their wellness -as wellness is the underlying support for others to do whatever they are called to in this world.
